Ronald McDonald House Wine Tasting Event

In January, I became a volunteer at the Ronald McDonald Haus in Leipzig, Germany. We hosted our very first Wine Tasting Event. The evening was very successful. Here is a picture of my family and friend Fritzi. As you can see they were the entertainment for they evening. Many thanks to my family and Fritzi for sharing their amzaing talents.

A Country Drive In Leipzig Germany!

On Saturday we visited the Buchenwald Concentration Camp in Weimar, Germany. This is a picture of the scenery driving home to Leipzig.

Eiffel Tower

Just wanted to share a picture taken by my daughter Anissa of the Eiffel Tower. The view from the top is amazing. We spent a week vacationing in Paris, truly picturesque. The funny thing about our trip was the Eiffel Tower went on strike for about 4 days and we were worried that we would not be able to ride up to the top. Lucky for us they opened back up!

Our Holiday in Prague, CZ

Train Ride To Prague!

Here is a picture of the kids enjoying the train ride to Prague. We enjoyed travelling by train. Comfortable seating, room to spread out and spend time as a family. We travelled for 3 1/2 hours, changed trains once and we sat back reading, talking and listening to music on our mp3's. Plus the scenery from the train window is very picturesque.

Family Holiday in Prague, CZ

The family took a 3 day holiday to Prague, Czech Republic. Prague is a very beautiful city. Very friendly people and many places to dine, shop, and sightsee. We walked for miles and miles. It was a very nice and relaxing holiday.
